Story
At Scotiabank, we have a long history of standing by our customers and communities during both good and challenging times, and we want to help alleviate some of the pressure experienced by the most vulnerable members of society.
We remain committed to supporting our partner charities, particularly during these extraordinary circumstances, and we hope you feel the same. We are asking for your support, and every little bit helps. Our combined efforts can have a real impact on our communities. Thank you for your support!
Perhaps more than ever before, people are realising the true value and importance of the community green spaces in our towns and cities.
Across the UK, The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) will continue working to ensure over 1,500 community green spaces are open, accessible, safe and ready to help people connect with the environment, with nature and each other as the Coronavirus lockdown eases.
With your help, we can be confident of still being here to support over 100,000 people who visit our sites every year. Through our Green
Gyms, community food growing initiatives and a range of community projects, TCV are working with the young and the old, individuals and families and some of the most marginalised in our society.
Your donation will ensure we have the tools, materials and resources to help and support as many people as possible to get back outdoors and reconnect with the world around them.
£10 will buy hand sanitizer and gloves for volunteer teams
£25 will pay for new tools, such as spades and forks
£100 can give children a day's outdoor learning experience
Your support can connect some of the most vulnerable people
in our society to their local community.
Thank you from TCV
