As you know it's my birthday on the 22nd July...

To mix things around this year I would like to ask if you would show me some love and support something that means a lot to me. I have meditated for 18 years and have really felt the benefits. It's something that I'd love more people to experience... :)

Samarpan Meditation is constructing a Gurushaktidham (meditation hall) near Leicester. This will be a place where anyone is able to meditate for free. It would be great this year if you would consider swapping a gift to get behind this project.
