I am taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of Emma and Lettie. If you know me well, then you'll know that I can hardly be classed as a 'runner' so this is a personal challenge as well as being a way to celebrate and remember them. 

Winston's Wish is a charity that helps children, teenagers and young people find their feet when their worlds are turned upside down by grief. They have been a wonderful support to so many over the past 6 months, and I am keen to do anything I can to give back to them and ensure that they can continue this vital work.
