Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are encouraged to have learned that schools in Rwanda are gradually re-opening. However 100s of the poorest children are not allowed to attend because they do not have the basic uniform, shoes, exercise books & pens.

School is a life line for African children. Without education they are exposed to exploitation, child labour, trafficking, sexual abuse and illiteracy.

Having been to both Rwanda and Kenya I have seen the level of extreme poverty first hand. I can’t imagine how covid has devastated communities like Godfreys.

He wants to help get 250 children back to school. £20 can provide them with what they need to get back to education.

Thank you as always for your generosity.
