These teddies were lovingly knitted by members of the Mothers Union to give to Kenyan and Rwandan children as gifts. Many of them have been given a loving African home. Sadly due to Covid 19 myself and the other Grass Roots Rwanda trustees will not be able to make our usual Rwandan visit to house the rest. Resources continue to be desperately short in Shyogwe Diocese and children remain off school for now. We want to help make sure that pre-schoolers who can be educated for as little as £10 per academic year are able to return to nursery once this becomes possible. All the money raised will go directly to serve these young children in Rwanda and I can post or deliver a teddy (or two or three!) as a thank you for your generous and kind support.
