Story
It would have been my little brothers 34th birthday on the 23rd January and I'd like to raise some money for the Jacob Abraham foundation in his memory.
It has been 5 years without Lee in our lives and loosing him to suicide has been devastating, but each year I like to keep his memory alive by doing something positive.
I will be more organised next year but it's January, i'm in hibernation mode and running out of fundraising ideas so I've decided last minute to set myself a challenge to see how long I can continuously hula hoop.
So I have a week to dust off my old hula hoop and start raising some money in memory of the best little brother I could ever wish for .
Mental health affects everyone and does not discriminate it is so important to raise awareness of suicide and how we can prevent it.
The jacob abraham foundation supported me and my mum through the worst days of our lives and for that I am forever thankful.
Please help me raise money for this wonderful charity who support bereaved families but most importantly provide suicide prevention counselling and support services that are desperately needed.
