Laura and I are setting down the cocktails in order to take part in the British 10K Run on the 14th of July 2013 to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. We have set ourselves a big target of raising £1000 as our employers BAM will double what we raise up to that value… so dig deep people!!!!

I am sure we all know someone who has been affected by Cancer. One in three of us will go on to battle against the disease at some point in our lives. Macmillan is an amazing charity which provides a source of support and care for cancer suffers, as well as their families and loved ones.

No one should face cancer alone – please help us help Macmillan to make sure that no one has to!!
