Myasthenia Gravis is a neuromuscular disease that leads to fluctuating muscle weakness and fatigue.  For anyone not affected by this condition a 5k fun run should be fairly straight forward, however, for those that are affected, this is almost impossible.  

Apart from raising money, the best part of this event is running along Eastbourne Seafront with 300 or so other Santa's of all shapes, sizes and ages, raising a smile or two for those people that are out on the seafront in December.
