Story
“What will Max do when he’s finished with school?"
We were asked this question so many times. Our answer was always the same -- we had no idea! But now, with Matthias Academy, we have new hope for a bright future for Max.
Meet our Max. He is an amazing young man! He loves his family and friends and gives the best hugs ever. He enjoys music, dancing and horseback riding. And, Max has special needs. He is currently living at home with mom and dad but desiring more independence.
So, we are on a mission to fund Max's future at Matthias Academy. Our goal is $35K so Max can soon have a residential placement where he can have both independence and the support he needs to thrive for years to come.
Living at Matthias will open up so many new possibilities for Max. It is truly a special place where he will be able to spread his wings and develop important life skills.
Please consider donating to help Max and other special adults like him to thrive. We are so grateful for the staff and board of directors at Matthias that we have found an answer to our prayers.
