We brighten the lives of seriously ill young people by granting wishes and providing ongoing support. Our wishes are as unique as the children themselves and whether a child wants to be a fireman, meet a real-life mermaid or even the Loch Ness Monster, we work hard to make that wish come true.

Story

In June 2012, I attended a concert that moved me to a point of taking action.  It wasn't the mucsic that was so powerful, but witnessing a child have a wish come true through the amazing work of the Rays of Sunshine charity.

This amazing Charity helps children who are living with serious or life-limiting illnesses between the ages of 3-18, across the United Kingdom.

It does this by:-

  1. Granting these children's wishes however impossible the wish may seem
  2. Granting hospital ward wishes
  3. Organising events and outings for large groups of seriously ill children such as trip to Legoland and the Sunshine Concert

This year I am asking you to sponsor me to do the following:

30/06 - Horndon 10km run

21/07 - London South end (84km) bike ride

04/08 - Ride100 (160km) bike ride

08/09 - Tri for Life (400m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)

15/09 - HSBC Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)

help me bring a ray of sunshine and make a wish come true!
