My reason for raising money for Worcestershire Acute Hospital TCU ward.

For some 2020 has not been a great year but for myself and Mike it has been an amazing year due to the arrival of our son. Logan decided to make his entrance to the world slightly earlier than planned, 4 and a half weeks. This was a huge shock for us and our families but thanks to the Transitional Care unit at Worcestershire Royal hospital we received fantastic care to ensure our little boy had a great start in life. They supported us all whilst we were on the ward and helped us with everything in what was a very scary experience for us all. Due to the amazing support myself we received to return our gratitude for this myself, my husband and my parents are going to be running, walking and cycling 7,820 miles in the year of 2021 which represents our sons birth date of 7.8.20. Along the way people will be able to donate both money and miles to the cause to support us.

As a family we cannot thank Worcestershire Hospital enough in what for us was such a fortunate situation.
