Story
Sam Pinder sadly passed away on Boxing Day at the age of 33. His family has asked that donations are made to the Blackpool Tiggers charity in lieu of flowers etc.
Sam and his family have been involved with Blackpool Tiggers for many years. Sam was a trustee of the charity and the I.T. expert for the club. He kept the computers updated and the internet working properly!
What Sam didn't know about computers would probably fit on the back of a postage stamp. What many people don't know about Sam - well, those things would fill a book.
A highly intelligent, kind, gentle and funny man with a dark and quirky sense of humour, he ran an international, online computer game from home.
He loved films, music and had a vast knowledge of both. He enjoyed attending live music gigs. However, he was also a great singer himself and was a popular member of a local choir. He was also a brilliant and entertaining mimic.
Sam is sorely missed by his family and friends. He was not a fan of cut flowers and considered them a waste of money. He was, however, a staunch supporter of Blackpool Tiggers, hence the choice of this charity for donations in memory of Sam.
