Men’s mental health is a problem that needs resolving. It’s a platform close to my heart and I know how hard life becomes for everyone. But I’m sick of losing my friends to problems they feel they cannot deal with. I’m lucky, and I’ve been able to talk and deal with life issues. You are not alone and that’s the message I’m trying to pass on loudly..
