Salma was passionate about helping people and was instrumental in setting up and running the 'Plus Ones' network for Shine Cancer Support. A charity that supported us when I was recovering from cancer 11 years ago, and most recently through Salma's diagnosis and treatment.

Salma was diagnosed with Colon cancer in early 2021. Treatment had appeared to go well and although there had been a few complications there was nothing to suggest the rapid rate of spread that took hold in the last few weeks of her life.

She was my wife, best friend and soulmate and I know she'd be grateful for any donations made here to support a small charity that is close to our hearts.
