I'm raising money for World Aids Day on December 1st and running a 10k which is like an hour of running. But 56 Dean Street is a vital service that has had major cuts recently and had to cut back on its daily appointments from 350 to 75 (!). Their sexual health clinic is so important for the health and safety of gay/bi men, queer people more widely, trans and nb people, sex workers – in other words people who have a much more vulnerable position in the world of medical treatment.
