Each year, members of the University of Sheffield Rowing club take on the challenge of completing fundraising and volunteering events, every day from the 1st-12th December. The aim is to raise money for the Children's hospital charity and SAYiT Sheffield, but also to get involved in as many different areas of our community as possible.

This year among other things we are going to be helping out at animal sanctuaries and doing litter picks, participating in a blood drive, going into schools to run fun sports sessions and visiting care homes to do some festive activities. We also will be doing a 12 hour row-a-thon as well as sponsored club activities with each squad.

The Children's hospital charity is a fantastic cause that helps fund lifesaving developments and treatments in the hospital in Sheffield, and SAYiT Sheffield provides support to LGBT+ young people. If you can help us reach our goal for these wonderful charities, all donations are greatly appreciated!
