Story

In August 2018 we lost our dear father Laurence to cancer,
Dad was a very loving proud father and husband/ grand father/son/ brother and friend. He was very well respected in every corner of life both professionally and socially and his passing has left a big void in many people's lives.

We wanted to have a way of remembering dad through a positive and healthy event. On the back of a very successful first year tournament we want to keep this event going annually as tribute and collaboration of all friends/ family and peers from dad's life.

On  07/08/2021, there will be 8 teams playing at Brooke Park 3G pitches from 130-430pm to raise funds for Foyle Hospice
Everyone is welcome to come and watch so please come down and
lend your support to this great cause.

Dad was Known by friends as Laurence "Striker" Nash, the event will commemorate dad's life through one of his many passions – football.

Our hope is that the event will occur every year for many years to come. Each year we will fundraise for a cancer charity. This year’s chosen charity is ' The Foyle Hospice'
