Hello! thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm doing this to say thank you and to give something back to these men and women who have put their lives on the line on a daily basis. I know what i'm doing isn't much in comparison to what these men and women have done, But I hope by doing this that I raise awareness to what an amazing job this charity does for ex service men and women. 

I've set the target at £500 but i'm really hoping that we can smash that target out the park. You can even donate to see if I even make it to the end of the month :-) 

I'll be posting daily updates as well as my GPS data to show you guys that I'm out there running the 13.1 miles per day and not just watching the TV! 

If anyone wants to join me on any of the days they are more than welcome, you don't need to do the 13.1, you can even join me for 1 mile, 20 mins or the full half. The choice is yours! 

So thank you in advance for any and all donations, pounds and pence it really does make a difference.
