This will probably take a few of you by surprise and actually surprised myself by signing up 🤦🏻‍♂️ must be a mid life crisis 😜,Want to start the year and new decade how I want to finish it with a healthy body and healthy mind which I can’t say I’ve really done for the past decade if not last 2 😉 More importantly this will be helping an amazing charity out for young people who’ve got more courage than most and what they have to deal with makes stepping into the ring look like a stroll in the park 💙So I kindly ask if any of you can support me and this amazing charity by either donating , buying a ticket to the event or even coming for a run /gym sesh to give me stick after seeing how unfit I am so I can prove you all wrong 😆 it will all be much appreciated 🥊 🥊  @boxbeatscancer
