Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you will know that my son Tom has a rare  form of dwarfism called Russell Silver and he  had numerous spells in hospital as a child. Now aged 21 he continues to have some health issues. Little is known about this condition and the Child Growth Foundation has been our main support throughout his life. Tom is now participating in some research projects and I would like to raise some funds for the CGF a relatively small charity so more families can have support and further research can be funded.

In the year I am 50 I decided to participate in the Great North Run. Most of you will know I am not a runner but I have numerous challenges over the years and this is a personal one for me! Please support me and raise some money for a worthy small charity close to my heart.
