Ruth and Tori will be running/walking the 10 mile Great South Run. Raising money for Tourette's Action.

Tourette's Action is a super charity who support people with Tourette syndrome. Offering peer support, information, workshops, equipment grants, and lots more.

Ruth's son, Oliver, was diagnosed with Tourette's in 2013, along with the co-morbid conditions of Attention Deficit Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Tendencies, and rages. Oliver's tics currently consist of facial tics (grimaces, blinking, nose wrinkling, eye rolling), head flicking, and vocal tics (throat clearing, gasping). Tourette's comes in waves and Oliver has times when he is virtually tic free and other times when he doesn't stop moving.
