I am joining the girls in running the race for life in memory of Helen's Dad who she sadly lost a few weeks ago. We want to raise some money to help beat this terrible disease. 

A few months ago I lost a very close family friend, Joy, to cancer and so I would also like to dedicate this race to her memory. I think she would have a giggle at the thought of me trying to run!  

Although I never met Helen's Dad I can relate to the feeling of losing someone too soon, which is something none of us should ever have to go through. Please sponsor us even if it's just 50p and let's see if we can smash our target and hopefully do something to help the research in beating cancer!

If you know any of us, you will know that we are more likely to be found in the pub with a bottle of red than running round Canon Hill park so come on and give us a pound or two for the effort!!
