Hello

For some silly reason I am running the London Marathon on 13th April!  The decision to put my body through hours and hours of training was made on a golf course in La Manga last year!  At the time, I thought no problem, I can do this.  Now, my body seems to be in a constant state of pain!  But I am on track and with only a few weeks to go I am in the midst of a tough training program.

I am running for a great cause. Children with Cancer are a charity who fund ground-breaking research into the causes of childhood cancers in a bid to protect future generations.  I know the charity well and they do such great things that I hope you can dig deep.

The long hours I am already spending running around Regent's Park at the crack of dawn on Saturday mornings will all be worthwhile if I can raise them a lot of money!

Also, if you happen to fancy supporting me in person then please feel free to cheer me on!  I will need all of the support I can get from family and friends.  Put the 13th April in your diaries.
