Story
TASC, The Ambulance Staff charity is the leading UK charity working to support current and retired Ambulance Services personnel and their families, regardless of role, to enhance their mental and physical well-being during times of need. We offer timely, tailored, often multi-stranded, support to individuals and families, helping them to improve their circumstances. Increasingly, people are turning to us for help with multiple and complex needs; in 2018 the average number of hours of support we gave to each beneficiary was 9.8 hours.
We would like to confirm that the celebration for Rosie is going ahead on the 17th July. We will be following SD guidelines.
In memory of Rosie we will be raising money for The Ambulance Service Charity (TASC). As a family we wanted to honour Rosie & the job that she loved & for this reason we have chosen TASC.
They are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of our lifesaving ambulance community who provide a range of services to support the mental health, physical rehabilitation, and financial wellbeing of the UK’s ambulance staff, their family members, students, and ambulance service volunteers.
You can either donate through buying raffle tickets, of which we have over 20 prizes, for £5 per line which can be purchased at the event or by contacting Sue on 07885796351 or through donating to this page. The prizes range from cases of alcohol, beauty treatments, hampers & a stay in Rosies Retreat (a Glamping Pod with breakfast included)
Please send RSVP to Rosie on Facebook for further details, we need to know exact numbers as there will be names on the door.
