We have a local reputation for providing excellence in dementia support/care and we empower people to carry on their chosen lifestyles, equipping them with the knowledge/practical support to live well with dementia. People affected by dementia are at the heart of everything we do and are encouraged to be involved with our services at all levels - believing wholeheartedly in the value of involving people affected by dementia in our service delivery/development, enabling us to offer unique and bespoke support.
