Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This is my first ever marathon attempt (!!!), so I really appreciate your support. 

I’m running the Brighton Marathon for InCommon, a small London-based charity that brings generations together to boost older people’s wellbeing and build more age-friendly communities for all.

New research from Centre for Ageing Better shows that a 1/3 of people hold ageist beliefs and ageist attitudes start to develop as young as 3 years old. With ageism one of the most common forms of discrimination, there's never been a better time to connect the generations.
