I have chosen two local charities that are close to my home and they are Haven House Children's Hospice in Woodford Green, and St Francis Hospice at Havering -atte- Bower near Romford.

I am looking at doing lots of different events to raise money for them and need your support.  If all of my Twitter and Facebook friends and fans dontaed just £1.00 the money that we raise for charity will grow very quickly.  PLEASE help me to help others.
