We are a group of friends raising money for CHAS in memory of Kerry’s daughter Roisin who sadly passed away in February 2020 age 17. We are trekking across the Sahara desert in November as well as holding many other events.

This year Roisin should be celebrating her 21st birthday and to mark the occasion we hope to raise £10000 for this wonderful charity who supported Roisin and family in the later stages of her life. This was the most essential service that truly enhanced the quality of life that Roisin had. Each visit created wonderful memories and made it a little bit easier to deal with the challenges that life brought. As Roisins health  deteriorated CHAS at home support began and the wonderful staff took care of her in her happy place as she beacame less able to leave home. After Roisin passed away the family took her to Rachel house and were able to spend time adjusting to the devastating loss and prepare for her funeral service. The care and support received was tremendous.

We want to ensure other families receive this wonderful service in the future and can carry on making memories with their precious child for years to come.
