Rochester Regional Hospitalist Group created this page to remember a dear colleague, Pam Polashenski, who died of breast cancer December 3rd, 2021. 

She was our first Director of Quality.  She was an awesome Team Based Care rounder and physician leader.  She then became Chief of Medicine at Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic and the Chief Medical Officer of the Eastern Region of RRH.

Pam's zest for life, fearlessness, high standards, enthusiasm and can-do spirit were infectious.  Funds raised will be used to enhance the work environment for hospital medicine providers at RGH and our Eastern Region hospitals: focused on building community and camaraderie.  We also hope to support a resident Quality Improvement Project award.
