We Harnesses the power of football to improve lives in our community.

Story

Robins Talk is a mental well-being session which is held weekly and is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old. The sessions help reduce social exclusion, build self-confidence and provide an opportunity for exercise through football-related activities.

This is the first fundraiser we are holding and will be mentally demanding and a physical test for some of our participants. They have just 4 hours to complete 36 holes of "golf" which is made up of disc golf, foot golf and regular golf. What's more, our fundraisers will be doing this in fancy dress with the theme of Superheros!

1 in 4 adults have mental health conditions and these sessions help those diagnosed and also those who are yet to seek help. With our mental health partner, we can signpost our attendees to resources and help they might otherwise be unaware is available.

With limited funding available and running costs of over £5k a year, anything you can donate to this project will make a massive difference in our attendees' lives.
