Never attempted anything like this before but on 20th October, I am taking part in a sponsored abseil on the ArcelorMittal Orbit at the Olympic Park, in aid of Coach Core.

Coach Core are a social mobility charity that improves the employability and life chances of young people across the UK through the power of sport.
