Story
Sunday 26th April was meant to be London Marathon Day but with the postponement a lot of charities will be missing out on a major source of donations.
So as an alternative we thought we could complete a cul-de-sac Marathon raising some funds for the Lewis-Manning Hospice, a local charity in Dorset.
We plan to do 210 laps of the cul-de-sac (26.2 miles). All neighbours have been invited to help achieve the distance whilst observing social distancing rules. Fancy dress is optional and the weather is looking good.
Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is a charity helping people with life limiting illnesses and their families across East Dorset.
