Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ben McNicol, aged 6, the son of dear friends of mine, Roddy & Emma-Jane McNicol, died from a brain tumour in May 2012. Roddy & E-J have set up the Ben McNicol Trust in his memory to raise funds to purchase a flat near the Royal Marsden Hospital close to London. This will mean that other families in similar situations to them in the future can stay near the hospital while their child is receiving treatment rather than having to travel long distances everyday. They have already raised almost 2/3 of their target sum & I'm hoping that the sponsorship I can raise will help them get nearer to their target figure so the flat can be purchased and be of great benefit to the families who need it.
