A child of mine is not only an amazing local charity providing support to bereaved family’s for a loss of a child, it is also the chosen charity for This Is Fitness (my work place). The founder Gayle is an inspirational and dedicated lady, who I am proud to say is a member and a friend to our gym community. Losing a child at any stage of life is heart breaking, but to know a local support network is there to listen, support and guide you is a huge emotional relief to many.
