Chair exercise classes via zoom to raise money for KCDC, 4 March 2021
KCDC plans to construct a purpose-built Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre to help achieve our vision of a world where children with disabilities and their families can live without stigma and discrimination.

Story

I volunteered at KCDC in 2020 and saw first hand how their incredible work impacts the lives of children with disabilities and their families. They educate and empower all those who access their services, and with their new clinic they will be able to reach so many more. They provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Nutrition support to their service users, as well as run a business school and provide homes for the families. They have grown year on year and are a wonderful charity to support.

I am hosting chair exercise classes via zoom to raise money for KCDC, to help with their efforts to build a purpose built clinic mostly. I also hope that it will improve the health and wellbeing of those join the classes, in a year where social contact and exercise has been hugely impacted.

I will share a different KCDC success story in each class, to give you all an insight into their work and where your money is being spent.

See you in the class! Email me on rhiannafielden@gmail.com for joining information.
