Story
In the last few years suicide has become all too familiar in my life. It has affected me, my friends and my family. The loss of anyone through suicide leaves a hole in your heart that can never quite be filled. They will never know how much they are missed and how much they are loved. There are no words that can describe the ripple effect on those left behind. If this message reached one person to change their mind about suicide then it is worth it.
In 2020, I have decided to take on 12 challenges, not only for my own mental health, but to raise awareness of suicide. Jacob Abraham foundation was set up specifically for suicide awareness, not only to provide support to those thinking of suicide but also supporting the families bereaved by suicide. I hope that my challenges not only raise awareness of suicide but also raise money for this wonderful charity to help them continue their invaluable work.
