Hi All,

In April 2013, I will be taking part in the Brighton Marathon on behalf of Palatine Primary School. I am aiming to raise at least £5000 towards a much needed minibus so that the children can take part in their regular educational trips.

I was inspired to take on this challenge by my nephew Adnan (aged 6) who is autistic and currently attending the school. Palatine Primary School has been a great source of support for not only Adnan but our entire family and they strive to help each child reach their full potential.

Of all the stupid ideas I’ve had, this one is really up there!! Never mind running a marathon, I don’t even remember running for the bus! However, I am trying to stay motivated and training on these cold winter mornings and evenings, all in the hope of raising as much money as possible for this incredibly worthwhile cause.
