Helping to fund Covid-19 vaccinations around the world.

Story

We are fortunate in the UK to have rapid access to COVID-19 vaccination in safe conditions. But, of course most of the people of the world are not so fortunate.

What am I doing to help?

It’s almost Raksha Bhandan so this year I’m making Rakhis for Vaccines.

2021 has been yet another challenging year, but as we are now starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. I felt it was important to help and contribute where I can. I started making Rakhis last year, bored in lockdown. I managed to raise around £400 for a charity last year so this year I’m doing it all over again.

With your support, I plan to donate all the profits from my Rakhi sales to this fund dedicated to supporting the COVID vaccination efforts via the COVAX scheme. Just £6 will pay for a single dose so every little helps!

Please message me for Rakhi orders, they will not automatically be orderded through donating. Postage costs will need to be paid separately.

Thanks for your support.
