In memory of Alistair Mitchell
We support South East Coast Ambulance Service, which provides 999 and 111 care across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and North East Hampshire. Donations fund projects that support staff, community volunteers, improve patient care and strengthen community response - helping every second count.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - Alistair passed away quite suddenly on the 30th June with his family by his side in Worthing Hospital. Alistair had a fall earlier in the day where he hit his head, he was taken in to Worthing Hospital by SECAmb, where he unfortunately never made a recovery and slipped away at 22:40. All the time the ambulance service were in attendance they remained professional through what was quite a distressing experience for the family. The past two years Alistair battled with an illness, and SECAmb were called multiple times and each time provided exceptional care for Alistair and were supportive for the family, the illness unfortunately contributed to his fall.

The funeral was weird as we could only have 15 people there, and unable to have a wake afterwards. If you can share your memories of Alistair on your donation, this would greatly be appreciated.
