In memory of Graeme Porteous
We use sport and dance to change young people's lives

Story

Graeme had an incredible passion for Rugby and an equally great passion for helping young people achieve their potential.

In 2011 he became heavily involved with establishing and building a project called Rugby4Change which aims to engage, inspire and empower some of London’s most at risk young people using the power of Rugby.

Graeme’s passion for the project has remained firm and only a few weeks ago he visited one of the Rugby4Change sessions with Bryan Habana, a partner in this developing project. He was also working on linking Rugby4Change with London Scottish a club, so many of you will know, was very close to his heart.

As a tribute to his belief in sport's power to help young people, The Change Foundation will develop and deliver their Rugby4change programme in Graeme's memory.
