I am running my 11th half marathon for a local charity.  This time I am supporting Medway Hospital Radio in the Fosters Law Coastal Half Marathon on Sunday 6 September. 

The radio has been operating for more than 40 years and relies on the generosity of the local community to keep the service running 24 hours a day.

The service helps patients at Medway Maritime Hospital through their stay, offering music requests, news and information.
