Story
Everyone who knew and loved Rita will know that she had a gung-ho attitude when it came to life. She was funny and affectionate and always did the most she could for everybody.
In 2001, Rita suffered a brain aneurysm and was given great care and support from Headway. Such a brain injury would've shortened the life of anyone, but not Rita. She lived a further 15 happy years.
At the age of 52, Rita suffered another brain aneurysm which tragically took her life. The charity Headway is the perfect organisation to raise funds for as they provided great care at a time when Rita needed it most.
Fundraising in such a way for a charity so close to home is the perfect way to remember Rita and how she would do anything to give back. Thank you x
