VSO brings people together to address marginalisation and poverty. When I go to Uganda with VSO in May, my project will be centred around alleviating poverty through bettering livelihoods in-community. 

Being part of the ICS programme is a really exciting opportunity for me as it supports charities enabling sustainable development all over the world and VSO is one of the UK's biggest examples of this.

Right now, VSO is bringing justice to rape survivors in Pakistan, ending stigma against disabled children in Ethiopia and tackling the youth skills gap in Uganda.
