Those of you who know me will know I'm not a runner I've set myself a goal to run the Liverpool Half Marathon in March and I am going to be raising money for MacMillan. 

The lovely nurses work really hard looking after patients and their families, including my lovely Mum who sadly passed away in December 2012 this is my thank you to them and also the reason why I'm determined to do it!
