Sadly Ray passed away on Wednesday 13 January. He was peaceful, not in pain and with family by his side. He suffered an infection which given his other illnesses he was unable to recover from.

As most of you will know, Dad had terrible luck with illness going back 10 years when he was first diagnosed with Myeloma. He battled the cancer courageously, living a full life and was fighting to the very end remaining positive and upbeat with family and friends around him. He leaves us with many memories to cherish.

Myeloma UK supported Dad brilliantly and continues to support his brother, Stuart, who also has Myeloma. Our extended family have raised money for the charity via events such as charity runs and we would like Dad's passing to raise further funds for this precious charity.
