We're taking part in an Xtreme Endurance Race on Sunday 19 April in Chelmsford.   We'll be running, wading and climbing our way around as many 7km circuits in 2 hours as we can manage and, apparently, the course is going to be muddier than ever!  And, as Mel and Mark are brother and sister, there's bound to be some sibling rivalry on the way round the course!

We're in training to wade through cold water, heavy mud, climb rope and tyre bridges and climbing nets, all whilst running against the clock.  So please sponsor us to get cold and wet, all to help the cats and kittens.
