Rakel passed away on the 1st of May 2020.  She loved her life, the people and ponies she shared it with, and the love, laughter, and shenanigans that ensued.  

Rakel also held a special place in her heart for the Wilberry Wonder Pony charity.  She wore her Willberry wristband constantly and will always.   WWP and Hannah's story combined the love of all things equestrian, the tragedy of cancer, and the indomitable spirit of a young woman facing it.  Rakel's strength as she neared the end of her life was remarkable. Her courage was rooted in the care for those she left behind. It's worth noting that top of the agenda was the welfare of her beloved horse "Big Will".
