Blimey - Its been over 20 years since I last sat on the saddle of a Bicycle so this isn't a simple challenge for me.

My father, Late Gurmit Singh Virdee, sadly passed away In April 2005 from a Heart Attack and its in his memory that I'm trying to get fit and raise some cash for BHF.

Its also Father day on the 17th June

I've got my bike and and all geared up and rearing to go.
