Story
Rosie’s Rainbow Fund recognises the physical, emotional & spiritual impact a child's serious or life-limiting illness or disability has on a child as well as the family unit. We offer a multi-pronged approach to supporting children & families through every phase of coping with serious illness & disability in hospital, schools, & the community. We provide music therapy to children in hospital, pastoral care & therapeutic massage for parent carers, special-needs music classes in schools, & bereavement counselling to parents who have lost a child.
I would like to raise money for our local charity, Rosie's Rainbow Fund. They help bereaved families who have suffered the loss of their child. They also run sensory/music therapy in our local hospitals.
I am offering to bake one cake for the lucky winner, which can be personalised via the cake board for your celebration.
There will also be two runners up, who will win 6 cupcakes each, baked by Faye.
A dear friend who lives in our village has sadly lost their beautiful son Grayson, he was 10months old. He died of a rare disease categorised by brain injury called ANE. Grayson's parents are currently receiving bereavement support that is funded through Rosie's Rainbow Fund.
Entry is £1 and you may enter as many times as you wish. Each entry will be allocated a number. 3 numbers will be drawn at random on the 30th June.
100% of your money will go to Rosie's Rainbow Fund.
This raffle is only for local residences of Stokenchurch.
