To celebrate the birthday of the lovely late Paul Williams I have decided to raise awareness of his favourite charity:

Paul loved this charity and tried on a few occasions to be a facilitator of a local group, where he would sit and help build the kits with people who suffered with post traumatic stress and other mental health battles. 

He had a real heart for helping people, especially from the armed forces. 

I know he would want to support this charity ........ ❤️
